As part of a phased land development, Grainger and Daniels were instructed by Persimmon Homes to produce the Levels and Drainage for circa 145 plots for Phase 2, along with progressing the planning and detailed design for the main infrastruture.

Civil Design, S38/104/278 Adoptions
Grainger and Daniels were instructed by Allison Homes on this scheme to produce on-site design for a 110 plot development, along with extentisve off-site highway works.
Cornhill, Cannock
Drainage Strategy and Supporting Levels
Grainger and Daniels were instructed by Levison Rose Homes to assist in producing and Drainage Strategy and Supporting Levels to aid with pre-planning support for their site of 3 plots in Cannock.
Wykham Park Farm, Phase 2
Civil Design, S38 & S104, Cut & Fill Analysis
Grainger and Daniels were instructed by Persimmon Homes on this scheme to produce on-site design for a 95 plot development, along with detailed earthwork analysis.
